IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Verify Your ph65 Account Before Your First Payout

Account verification at ph65 is the step that keeps your wallet connected to your identity — it stops unauthorised withdrawals before they happen and makes sure payouts reach the right person. You complete verification once, and it stays linked to your account. The document upload screen is inside Account Settings, under the Verification tab.

  • Government ID

Upload a clear photo of any Philippine government-issued ID — passport, SSS card, driver's licence or PhilSys ID. The name on the ID must match the name registered to your ph65 account exactly.

  • Live Selfie

Take a selfie at the time of submission — not a stored photo. This confirms you are the account holder uploading the document, not a third party using copied credentials.

  • E-Wallet Match

If your withdrawal method is GCash or Maya, the account name on the wallet must match your verified ph65 name. Mismatched names are the most common reason a withdrawal is flagged for manual review.

  • Verification Status

Once submitted, watch the Verification tab in Account Settings for a status update. Approved, pending or action-required states are labelled there. Contact account support only if the status shows no change beyond the window displayed.

LOCAL PAYMENT RAILS

Payment Methods Inside Your ph65 Cashier

The Cashier section of your ph65 account lists every active deposit and withdrawal route for your registered region. Methods are grouped by type — e-wallet, bank transfer and over-the-counter channels appear as separate rows. Each method shows its own minimum and maximum amounts, so check those figures before confirming.

  • GCash

Link your GCash mobile number to fund your account or receive withdrawals. The transfer uses your GCash PIN on the wallet side; the reference number lands in your GCash transaction history immediately.

  • Maya

Maya deposits and withdrawals use your registered Maya account number. Payouts credited to Maya appear in your Maya wallet history with the ph65 reference code for easy matching.

  • GrabPay

GrabPay lets you deposit using your GrabPay wallet balance or a linked card. Select GrabPay in the Cashier, enter the amount, and confirm through the GrabPay app redirect that opens automatically.

  • InstaPay

InstaPay connects local bank accounts for direct account-to-account transfers. Use the bank details shown in the Cashier for your session — do not reuse details from a previous deposit without refreshing the screen.

  • Bank Transfer

For PESONet-eligible banks, bank transfer deposits follow the same Cashier flow. Enter the amount, copy the reference number shown, and use it as the transfer memo so the deposit is matched automatically to your account.

Add Funds to Your ph65 Balance
FUNDING YOUR ACCOUNT

Add Funds to Your ph65 Balance

Depositing into your ph65 account starts in the Cashier, which you reach from the main navigation after logging in. The page presents your available methods based on your account region and verification status — so if a method you expected is not listed, check whether your account verification is complete.

  • Open the Cashier

Log in to your ph65 account and select Cashier from the navigation menu. The deposit tab is the default view. Your available methods appear as a list based on your account region and current verification tier.

  • Choose Your Wallet or Bank

Select GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay or bank transfer. Each method shows its minimum and maximum deposit amount for this session. Confirm the amount fits within the range shown before proceeding.

  • Confirm the Transfer

For e-wallets, you are redirected to complete authorisation in the wallet app. For InstaPay or bank transfer, copy the reference number from the Cashier screen and paste it into the memo or description field of your banking app transfer.

  • Check Your Balance

After the transfer is processed, your ph65 account balance updates in the header. If the balance has not changed after a reasonable time, go to Transaction History and check whether the deposit shows a pending status before contacting support.

ACCOUNT PAYOUTS

Withdraw Your ph65 Balance to Your Wallet

Withdrawals at ph65 move your account balance back to the e-wallet or bank account you have on file. The withdrawal tab in the Cashier lists the methods available to your account — and the payout destination must match your verified identity. This is why the KYC step matters: a GCash withdrawal goes only to the GCash number registered under your verified name.

  • Open Withdrawal Tab

Go to Cashier and switch to the Withdrawal tab. The methods listed here reflect the payout channels tied to your verified account. If a method is greyed out, the account condition blocking it is described alongside it.

  • Enter the Amount

Type the amount you want to withdraw. The screen shows the minimum and maximum for the selected method. Your available balance is displayed above the input field so you can confirm the request fits within it.

  • Confirm the Destination

Review the payout destination — GCash number, Maya account or bank account — displayed on the confirmation screen. This is the detail on file from your last verified payout method. Confirm only when the destination is correct.

  • Monitor Request Status

After submitting, find the withdrawal in Transaction History under the Withdrawals tab. Status labels include Pending, Processing and Completed. If the status does not progress, use the support channel shown in your account rather than submitting a duplicate request.

TRANSACTION MATCHING

Match Your Wallet History to Your ph65 Records

Every deposit and withdrawal you complete generates a reference number on both sides — your e-wallet or bank registers a transaction code, and your ph65 account logs its own internal reference. When these two references exist together, reconciling a transfer takes seconds. Go to Transaction History in your account dashboard; each entry shows the date, amount, method used and a status label.

  • Reference Number

Every transaction in ph65 history carries a unique reference number. Copy this when querying a transfer with support — it lets the support team locate the exact record without searching by amount or date alone.

  • Status Labels

Transaction statuses are Pending, Processing, Completed or Cancelled. A Pending deposit means the transfer has been initiated but not yet confirmed on the ph65 side. Processing means it is in the queue. Completed means the balance has been updated.

  • Account History View

Transaction History in your dashboard separates deposits and withdrawals into tabs. Each entry shows the method — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay or bank — so you can filter quickly when checking one specific channel.

  • Evidence to Keep

Save your wallet notification, bank SMS or in-app transfer receipt until the corresponding ph65 record shows Completed. For InstaPay transfers, also save a screenshot of the bank transfer screen showing the reference number you entered as the memo.

How ph65 Protects Your Transactions and Account
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS

How ph65 Protects Your Transactions and Account

Security around your ph65 account operates at several points in the banking flow. The Cashier page is served over a secure connection — check that the address bar shows the ph65 domain before entering any payment details. Identity verification ties your payout destination to your confirmed identity so that withdrawals cannot be redirected to an unverified account.

  • Domain Verification

Before entering payment details, confirm the page address is ph65. The Cashier and account pages operate only on this domain. Do not use links from third-party messages or social posts to reach the Cashier — type the address directly or use your saved bookmark.

  • Identity-Linked Payouts

Withdrawal destinations are tied to your verified name. A payout cannot be sent to a wallet or bank account that does not match your KYC record. This single control stops unauthorised withdrawals even if your login credentials are compromised.

  • Wallet Ownership Checks

We do not accept deposits from or send withdrawals to wallets registered to a different name than the account holder. GCash, Maya and GrabPay account names are checked against your verified identity at the point of payout request, not only at registration.

  • In-Account Support Path

Account and banking support is accessible through the Help icon inside your ph65 dashboard — available for transaction queries, verification status questions and payout issues. We do not operate support through public social media DMs; use only the in-account channel for anything involving your balance.

BANKING QUESTIONS

Common ph65 Banking Questions Answered

Below are the questions we hear most often from account holders moving money through ph65. If your question is not here, the in-account Help channel connects you directly to the support team with your account context already attached — faster than a general enquiry form.

Which deposit methods does ph65 support for Philippines accounts?

GCash, Maya, GrabPay and InstaPay are the primary deposit rails available to eligible Philippines accounts. Bank transfer via PESONet is also listed in the Cashier for accounts where it is active. The Cashier tab shows only the methods available to your specific account and region at the time of login.

My GCash deposit is showing as Pending — what should I do?

A Pending status means ph65 has registered the transfer initiation but the confirmation from GCash has not yet arrived. Wait for the status to update in Transaction History before taking further action. If the status stays Pending beyond the window shown on the Cashier confirmation page, open a query through the in-account Help channel with the transaction reference number ready.

Why is the withdrawal option greyed out in my Cashier?

A greyed-out withdrawal method usually means your account verification is incomplete or the destination wallet name does not match your verified identity. Check the Verification tab in Account Settings first. If verification shows Approved but the method is still unavailable, the specific reason is shown as a note next to the greyed-out option.

Does ph65 require KYC before I can make a deposit?

Deposits are generally available once your account is registered and active. KYC becomes required before your first withdrawal — we need to confirm identity before sending funds out. It is worth completing verification early so there is no delay when you are ready to request a payout.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount on ph65?

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are shown in the Cashier at the time of your request. We do not publish a fixed universal minimum here because the figure displayed in your account reflects the current conditions for your method and account tier — always check the Cashier screen for the live figure.

How do I dispute a transaction that does not match my wallet record?

Go to Transaction History, locate the entry by date and amount, and copy the ph65 reference number. Then open a query in the in-account Help channel with that reference number and a screenshot of your GCash, Maya, GrabPay or bank notification. Having both references together lets the support team match and resolve the discrepancy without unnecessary back-and-forth.
